Meet the founders
Suraj Randhawa, CPA
Partner, Taxation
Suraj is a born-and-raised Albertan with a Bachelor of Commerce and a minor in Psychology from the University of Calgary. He received his CPA designation at a large international firm in audit and assurance, then worked at a boutique practice and in healthcare finance before shifting back to working with the entrepreneurs and growing businesses he enjoys working with most. He believes technology can make accounting accessible, transparent, and, dare he say it, even enjoyable. When he is not working, you will find him road-tripping through Alberta and BC parks, cycling, or swimming.
Vishal Ratte
Partner, Accounting Operations
Vishal runs the bookkeeping and payroll side of IKON, and he is the one who makes sure the foundation is rock solid. He is meticulous with bookkeeping systems and payroll, and he genuinely enjoys a good cleanup project, taking books that are behind or in disarray and turning them into records you can trust. Accurate, reliable, and on time is the standard he holds.
Davinder Singh
Partner, Accounting & Advisory
Davinder leads the accounting side of IKON, with deep experience in tax planning and corporate filings. He has a talent for turning a messy financial picture into a clear strategy, and for explaining the reasoning behind every number so owners can make decisions with confidence. Clients count on him to keep them compliant and a step ahead, not just at year-end but throughout the year.
